Searchmonkey 2.0.0

This is the first release of Searchmonkey 2.

We've gone for a complete re-write, brought in a new developer team and approach! We hope you like the changes we've made!

As this is the first release of the new generation code, we have gone for core stability rather than feature overload, but do not worry, we are bursting with new ideas and concepts - so watch this space.

Advanced Search

Searchmonkey starts in basic mode, but advanced mode is only a mouse-click away!

In advanced mode you will see many of the original Searchmonkey features.

Cross-platform

Release 2.0.0 will initially focuses on the Windows platform, but it is written with cross-platform in mind, and the source release should compile and run on Linux or Mac without too much bother.

If you get a binary working, or create an installer for an unusual platform why not send it directly to us and we'll try and release it for everyone's benefit:
